In accordance with applicable US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations on e-commerce disclosures, the following shipping information is provided.

1. Shipping Region

Artisan House ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods (promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7 to 18 business days.

These are estimates. Artisan House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Cost

Artisan House offers free shipping on all orders within the US, with no minimum order value required.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time at artisanhouse.us/apps/parcelpanel.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after you receive the shipping notification.

6. Carrier

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on location and availability. Carrier selection is at Artisan House's discretion.

7. Order Not Received

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us at info@artisanhouse.us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
